Julie was a US Postal worker flying her plane from town to town as that's the only way you can deliver to all the towns in Alaska. She made a huge mistake walking in on spies bringing in guns and ammo through the postal service and before Julie could get out safely to trip on something. Next she was running to her plane however one of the spies shot her down. Unknown to her she was saved by Jace. From then own Jace and Julie were on the run, Jace got tired of running from safe house to another and decided to end it. This book has wonderful characters, action packed till the end and being mated. They both got the HEA. I voluntarily read and reviewed this ARC.

3.5 shifter/human mitary hfn romance. This started off as a rescue thriller, but once Julie and Jace accepted thier attraction, the weapons operation took a back seat to gettting each other into bed as often as possible and getting Julie home safely. I can understand finding one's mate can impede focus, but I find it very hard to believe soldiers not having weapons and things to make traps for intruders as preparations like food and medical supplies. * Took advantage of free for limited time.

Loved it even though it was a bit scrambled. It was as if the sex overpowered the story and as if everything else was just shoved inbetween to fill the pages. Don't get me wrong, the plot was great but it felt as if there was alot of detail missing.
