...has taken alphabet books to a new level, by incorporating both the upper and lower case letters on each page. Seeing it on these pages makes me wonder why EVERY alphabet book doesn't do this? Kids have to learn more than just the upper case letters, but that seems to be all that virtually every alphabet book covers. In addition to adding another layer of learning to this book, the author has obtained the services of a superb illustrator for a children's book such as this.... The author has used words on almost every page, which start with the upper case, along with words which start with the lower case. For example, the "A" page has a picture of an asteroid with Saturn and several stars in the background. The text says simply: "Amazing asteroid", which enables kids to see both cases in use, thereby learning that "A" and "a" are the same letter, in spite of their different appearances. I am way beyond needing to learn the alphabet. Nevertheless, I really got a kick out of reading this book. It is exemplary in its approach to teaching young children the alphabet. It is a must-have addition to your young child's library. "Alphabeti-cool" is awesome!

Read to my three year old, who throughly enjoyed the rhyming and the pictures. Very good way to say the letters.
