Outlasting After
A Strike Team Three Novel
Publisher Description
There were no women left. After the war, Cole Tanner was pretty damn certain they were all dead.
Hell, he and his strike team hadn’t seen one in years.
But then there she was. A woman alone, standing in the middle of his road.
She looked so haunting, so hungry and dirty. He was going to help her, really he was.
Then she leveled the gun at him. Damsel in distress? Apparently not.
But that didn’t change things. No, she still needed Cole's team, same as they needed her. And Cole was nothing if not good at convincing people to follow him. Or at least, he used to be.
So he’d try his hand one more time, and hope like hell she didn’t pull that trigger.

?????????
Weirdly hard to describe this story. Not the usual apocalyptic read, no reason for war but just the aftermath. Title is it. Psychological, confusing but strangely enjoyed it. Sorry can’t do better than that. 🤔🤷🏼♀️
Just no…NO
This book promotes sharing a woman between multiple men. Designed to convince the reader that breaking your and others consciences/moral’s at the end of the world is the best move to ‘save’ everyone. If you stop being humane and having morals you stand with, you have nothing to save. And the reasoning is very flawed according to the story.
So I’m out, not my thing, but this is a heads up before you get this book.
Good book
I really liked this book. It’s a well thought out and very unique story. The book kept my interest and because of the suspense, I just couldn’t put it down. The characters are well done. The friendship between Cole and Liam is thoughtful and their relationship with Hannah is unusual but believable. The ending of the first book was a cliff hanger and I immediately bought the second book. The story just got better with unexpected twists and turns and I couldn’t wait to start the third book in this series.
