I have read Ember Casey's previous novels before and it was just amazing! So when I heard about The Sweet Taste of Sin, I couldn't sign up fast enough. I'm telling you now: if you haven't read any of Ember Casey's books, you should! You're missing out. A lot. I have a thing for enthralling blurbs; it immediately pulls me in. Three years trying to get over Dante Fontaine-- I say that there is a i-hate-you-but-i-love-you kind of relationship. I fantasized what would happen before this book was sent to me and I know it will be sinfully good. Look who's got a new book boyfriend! Ember Casey left my heart completely, utterly and unregretfully a roller coaster of emotions. She makes these electrifying scenes leaving me defenseless; somehow gets out of the book to sear your body throughout that had me jumping, squealing and making dying pterodactyl noises at the same time plus my sister giving me weird looks. I was high from no-elsa-cant-stop-these-feels. And I freaking loved it. The Sweet Taste of Sin is a perfect blend of humor, romance, passion and angst that had me literally out of my seat. No doubt my favourite book of Ember Casey so far! If you enjoy these kinds of books, give this a try and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

***I was given this ARC for an honest review*** Ashlyn's bf, Jack, sets her up to bake the cake for the newest movie premiere's party. With this exposure , her bakery will be widely known. She accepts, thinking that she'll never run into the man that broke her heart 3 years ago. Not only does she run into him, she catches him having sex with his brother's "fiancee." Dante can't believe his eyes. Here he is balls deep in another woman and the one he's been searching for these last 3 years walks in on him. Their dance of getting back together is a great read. I loved it. I have a feeling the little tryst with his brother's "fiancee" will come back to bite him in the butt. We shall see.

****I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.***** I am so excited I got an ARC copy of The Sweet Taste of Sin. Ember Casey has done a wonderful job in writing this love story. It is one of the best books I have read all year. This is a story of love, love lost, regret, 2nd chances and redemption. I love the plot It is well developed. The characters are so vivid, I felt like I could have been Ashlyn, experiencing all of the emotions and I could feel Dante’s pain too. Let's not forget the passionate and steamy sex scenes! HOT! HOT! HOT! Ember, your writing transported me into the world of your book. It takes great talent to be able to convey all of those emotions in a book. I could not put this book down, and you won't be able to either! I read it in 1 day. Needless to say, I loved it!!!!
