    This was a light, enjoyable read about time travel, with splashes of romance and adventure. The writing style was easygoing and often humorous. I thought the solution to the characters’ major problem seemed rather convenient (suddenly stating dual lives were possible), and I was surprised there wasn’t one more chapter to complete the last time travel scene, but overall it was a satisfying read. I really appreciated that this novel wasn’t full of gore, sex, and profanity.

    I really enjoyed this read and would recommend it for anyone who has read some of books before this because it was fun to see where the main characters, DaVinci, Haley and Jillian are in the future, as well go back into the time of Hamilton's family! Having read the book Alex and Eliza ( which I recommend for anyone who loves the story of Hamilton) it was fun to be transported back to that time. Having said that, there were a few things I wasn't a fan of. I didn't really connect with Philip or Klee as much and the whole story felt a bit rushed. Even though it wasn't my favorite of the series I still felt like it was a fun read. Historically accurate and super fun to see how all my favorite main characters have grown up, as well as meet some new.

    I really enjoyed the previous books in the Thief in Time series, but found this confusing. The story kept going on about Philip Hamilton, someone I had never heard of, and I am not a young person. Maybe Americans know this story, but it is doubtful if anyone else does.
