A resident of Providence, R.I., Regina grew up in the nearby suburb of Barrington. After graduating from Providence College she attended the University of Delaware, and eventually returned to Providence to earn her Master's Degree in American Civilization from Brown University. She is inspired by the natural world and she and her husband enjoy visiting nearby Cape Cod, M.A. Some of her other hobbies include travel, museums, theater, classical music, coral singing, gardening, and anything French. In her spare time, she is a radio host for In-Sight Radio, a national association for the visually impaired of all ages.
