In 2069, an accident leaves a pragmatic scientist Jeff Grant stranded in 3,000 BC Puerto Rico. After he’s taken in by a Taino tribe, Jeff spends the next few months in the shadows, studying these people and working on a way to return home.

When a war breaks out, Jeff must confront every truth he knows about the world and refuse to believe it. He must decide whether to allow history to play out or intervene and prevent the destruction of those who made him feel like family. The problem is, the war is between gods.
